Chiswick Auctions is our local auction house, located in the heart of W4 at the Barley Mow Centre, just next to Chiswick Post Office with a further site in Colville Road, W3.
There is a monthly Interiors, Homes & Antiques sale, specialising in larger items and host to modern, mid-century and antique furniture and furnishings for the home and garden.
Running alongside is a monthly Interiors & Design sale appealing to a styles and budgets across the core collecting categories.
VIEW AND BID IN PERSON OR ONLINE
This local treasure is a great alternative to high street shopping. In addition to Interiors, there are dozens of specialist departments including everything from autographs and art, to rugs and watches.
Ahead of the auction, you can browse items online or view in person. On the day you can bid in the sale room or by phone, competing against local, national and international bidders.
Sale highlights over the past year include a 10.5 carat Burmese ruby selling for £462,500, a rare camera lens selling for £32,500 and a river landscape sketch by John Constable selling for £87,500.
However, you don’t need a six-figure budget. You can acquire paintings, pictures and prints for under £50, or a set of three Victorian cut glass perfume bottles for £94.
