Broadband suppliers advertise their speeds as 'up to' a certain level. So far so peachy. But how fast is your actual connection?

The slowest broadband streets in UK are revealed in new survey. Broadband Genie, a broadband comparison site has published a ranking of addresses across the country, which has shown Barrowgate Road, Chiswick W4 as having the slowest internet speed in London, and the fifth slowest in the country at 0.72.

Despite this anomaly, London boasts the fastest broadband speeds in the country, with Tynemouth Street in Fulham receiving the highest speed at 921.76Mb.
