Are you planning to extend or renovate your Chiswick home?
New London Awards 2016 recognises the very best-designed and most innovative home extension projects.
The competition, now in its sixth year, invited architects, designers and homeowners to submit well-designed home extension projects across Greater London.
DON'T MOVE, IMPROVE! 2016 Exhibition
Date: until Wednesday 25 May 2016
Venue: New Architecture London, The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT
The exhibition is accompanied by a magazine and a series of free events. It celebrates the best of this year’s submitted projects, highlighting a range of solutions at a variety of budgets, and providing inspiration for anyone about to embark on their own home improvement.
Organised in association with Dezeen, Heal’s and RIBA London, and sponsored by Axor Hansgrohe and Schueco, the awards seek out architectural innovation, from extensions on top of, underneath, on the side or back of buildings, to interior insertions, conversions, and garden studios.
While house prices in the capital continue to spiral, expanding and adapting existing living spaces offers homeowners a real alternative to upsizing or moving on.
So if you're thinking of renovating your house or flat in W4, this is a good place to find inspiration. Don't delay as it finishes on 25th May.
