The current average estimated value of a property in Chiswick is £1,110,787 according to Zoopla’s latest Z-Index. Nearest Premier League club Chelsea FC has made two new signings for the upcoming 2016/17 season - midfielder N'Golo Kante and forward Michy Batshuayi, who arrived at Stamford Bridge for £32m and £33m respectively.
