Chiswick estate agent OliverFinn appoints Nigel Toussaint to drive the company’s expansion.
OliverFinn’s Chiswick branch is the premier property service in W4.  Due to expansion the directors need to take on an experienced sales manager to develop and grow the core business.
West London local Toussaint, has ten years’ experience in the property industry and prior to becoming an estate agent, he managed residential development projects all over London.  “I didn’t want to join a run-of-the-mill estate agent with bored looking staff sitting behind a shop window. 
“What attracted me to OliverFinn is that they don’t charge homeowners a percentage of the selling price like typical overpriced estate agents. You just pay a low fixed-fee which is better value for locals who want to sell their house or flat in Chiswick.
