Paddington, London, W2

Nov 24, 2011
The earliest reference to Paddington dates back to 1056 when the area was part of Middlesex. It became a part of London when it joined with Marylebone around 1773 to form one of London’s ‘villages’. Roman roads formed the boundary of early Paddington, Watling Street (now Edgware Road), and Uxbridge Road which was known as Bayswater Road.  Today, the area also incorporates the Grand Union Canal and Harrow Road. Paddington provides unparalleled transport services in and out of town. London Paddington provides National Rail links across the country, the Heathrow Express takes 15 minutes to get from Paddington to the airport and the Underground station provides Hammersmith and City, Circle, District, and Bakerloo lines.  If you are looking for a Lettings agent in Paddington, W2  or Estate agent in Paddington, W2 we would love to assist you in searching for a house, apartment or flat to rent, to let in Paddington, W2 or help you if you are looking to buy or sell your flat, apartment or house in Paddington, W2.
