As an experienced professional, McPeake’s strength is in creating customised marketing plans to expose each property to the most qualified tenants. “I monitor the market daily so my clients have the advantage of the most up to date information. Company lets represent a significant portion of OliverFinn’s rental business and I intend to expand this portfolio through my experience of London’s corporate rental market.
McPeake, 37, has a wealth of local experience through living and working in West London including, Chiswick, Ealing, Acton, Hammersmith, Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush and Notting Hill Gate. “I wanted to join the most successful lettings team in Chiswick and I was impressed with OliverFinn’s innovative fixed fee approach which means clients don’t have to pay over the odds to find the perfect tenant. “It’s a transparent, straightforward approach with no hidden extras or trip wires, unlike some firms we all know about,” he says.

In his spare time, McPeake is a keen golfer, plays 7-a-side football and indulges his appreciation of fine wines. He’s the first to admit that 2010 has been a truly amazing year: “It’s the most fantastic time of my life and not just because of the new job. I’m getting married at the end of the month so I’m moving on to a whole new chapter in my personal life as well.”
