We recognise that the generic and mechanical high street letting agency approach remains sufficient for some, our strategy and thinking aligns with modern and successful international markets. We make no demands on landlords to pay us for years in advance. Our landlords enjoy a pre-agreed fees, paid monthly, not annually in advance. We invest in the tenancies success and only get paid when you receive rental payments.
We consciously keep our active portfolio compact, so that we can successfully apply the time, high levels of detail, attention and management you require and deserve whilst achieving our joint objective, success. 
Our lettings department is led on a day to day basis by our Managing Director. Christian has over three decades of experience in the industry combined with a lifetime of Chiswick based knowledge. He enjoys an enviable reputation amongst the Chiswick community as a trusted professional who delivers reliable and considered advice. Christian is both a qualified building surveyor, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA) and an active member of The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA).
We allocate one point of contact per client. No Saturday staff or sales people you have never met before showing your home. Your personal consultant will know your home and circumstances inside out.
By providing a first class and refreshing level of service our client retention levels are enviable. Should you ever wish to move to a more generic approach, we have no minimum term of engagement.
